For most claims, we can do damage repair estimates on-site, so you can avoid the extra trip to a claim center. In addition to ICBC claims, we have good working relationships with private insurance providers and accept all private insurance claims.
Auto Glass Repair & Replacement
We are an ICBC Glass Express facility. As such, when only one piece of glass is damaged or broken and there is no other vehicle damage, we can complete the entire repair process in our shop, including:
- Reporting the claim
- Receiving a damage repair estimate
- Repairing or replacing the auto glass
We repair minor auto glass damage, such as rock chips in your windshield, in addition to repairing or replacing damaged or broken auto glass throughout your vehicle.
Valet Services
As an ICBC c.a.r. shop VALET location, we can pick up your vehicle from your home or workplace and drop it off to you when your repairs are complete. This service is complimentary for customers within a 30 km radius of our shop.
If you need a replacement vehicle while we do your repairs, we can provide you with a courtesy car from our on-site fleet of vehicles. We have 4-door sedans and minivans available, and all our vehicles are automatic and have air conditioning.
Collision Repairs
From repairing small dents to frame and unibody straightening, ARMSTRONG COLLISION-Armstrong is well-equipped to repair all makes and models of import and domestic vehicles including Ford and GMC vehicles.
Our painting facilities include a heated semi-downdraft paint booth. Plus, we have infrared equipment for faster drying times and computerized colour mixing equipment for perfect colour matches.
