A few months ago my civic was savagely attacked and beaten from behind by an old lady in a Smart Car. This was actually the third time over the years that I've had the fortune of dealing with BC Collisions. The staff is always friendly, efficient and experienced in all aspects of the process. They are always able to ease any uncertainty of the situation by explaining exactly how it all works. From the initial tow, to the damage assessment, estimate, cost and time, all information is upfront, honest, and accurate. BC Collisions works directly with ICBC, and for all three of my repairs were able to provide a free courtesy car for me. That, along with the many other ways they consistently go above and beyond with customer service, I found helped to ease the inconvenience of the whole ordeal. As far as quality goes, the body work itself is second to none. My car was always returned in excellent condition, seemingly better than even before the accident. Pretty much the only thing Gord and the team at BC Collisions couldn't help me with was curing my new fear of old ladies in Smart Cars!

I always have, and always will, highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs.

To Whom It May Concern;

I am writing to voice my pleasure in dealing with B.C. Collisons earlier this year. Unfortunately, I was the victim of a rear end accident in December 2009. I was stopped in my 2004 Silver Mazda 3, when I was hit at 20 km/h by a driver who was not paying attention. Upon a word of mouth reccomendation, I immediately took my car to B.C. Collisions in Burnaby. Gord Grant met me as soon as I dropped it off my car the next day, and personally inspected the damage. I was assured that the accident was not a problem, and would be fixed immediately. With ample loaner cars, I was able to still have a vehicle for the time my car was in the shop. I had my car back in three days, washed, vaccuumed and looking better than ever! There has been absolutely no problems with the repair, that some others have had top deal with in similar accidents (ie. condensation in the tail lights). I would highly reccomend B.C. Collisions for any body work that is needed to your car. I even walked away with a $10 gift card to Tim Hortons! Fabulous service from start to finish.
