Whenever you visit one of our auto body repair shops, you’ll leave with our Service Guarantee, a certificate that lays out our promise to you. Our Service Guarantee states:
“We guarantee that all repairs performed under this repair order number have been completed to acceptable industry standards. This guarantee protects against defective workmanship or materials.”
It is signed and kept on file at the QA Collision shop you visit.
Not only does this Service Guarantee promise that you receive an exceptional job on your vehicle repairs, but it also holds us accountable for our quality of work.
We take our work very seriously and will attempt the best possible effort to ensure we see you again in our shop whenever you should need us. As a bonus, there is no expiry on our certificates. They are valid “for the life of the vehicle on auto body repairs and paint, and for such a period of time as specified by the parts supplier (refer to the ICBC Material Damage manual Standards of Performance).”
