On Saturday, August 16, Quality Assured’s Little Valley Restorations took part in the 11th annual Ladysmith Show and Shine. They were one of the sponsors of the event and had a custom-painted truck and motorcycle on display for passersby. The event was filled with families from all over and an abundance of stunning custom vehicles that wowed all the crowds. “The atmosphere was absolutely amazing,” said John Neil of Little Valley.
Little Valley had their Quality Assured tent and booth set up with displays and were answering questions and handing out a couple of posters to attendees. “We painted a bar fridge that was airbrushed by Ryan Yeomans, that we gave away and helped raise $1000 for for the Tour de Rock Cops for Cancer,” said John. 500 tickets were sold for the fridge and the winner was drawn the same day. The money that was raised from the giveaway was donated to the Tour de Rock Cops for Cancer who raise money for pediatric cancer research and programs for children with a history of cancer. “We also hosted a ‘Pimp Your Ride Colouring Contest’ for kids with a $50 gift certificate prize to our local shopping mall. We drew the winner on September 29,” said John.
Airbrushed Fridge Raffled for Tour De Rock Cops for Cancer
This was the eleventh year for the Ladysmith Show and Shine. As well as the Show and Shine, there was live entertainment for the whole family. Clearly, the event was a huge success for all sponsors, attendees, and particularly, Quality Assured’s Little Valley Restorations. John noted that “the best part was hanging out with all of the hot rodders and seeing all of the beautiful cars. We’re definitely looking forward to next year!”
