Had an ICBC claim for a bit of hit and run damage on my door so I decided to get a crinkle in my car’s tailgate fixed at the same time. I shopped the job around to a few body shops and settled on Ivan’s. Not only did they have the best price for fixing the crinkle, their work was top-notch. The car looks better than it did when I bought it three years ago. As a plus, their courtesy car wasn’t peppered in stickers advertising the fact that your ‘real’ car was in the shop.
I had a really wonderful experience at Ivan’s. It was recommended by a coworker and thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I did! The staff were friendly, yet straightforward and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. The repair to my driver’s side door and front bumper looks perfect and as a special bonus, my less than pristine car was washed and cleaned up inside and out. They gave me a nice courtesy car with no stickers and were flexible when I needed to pick my car up a day late. Margery at the front desk was so sweet and Ivan and his staff are lovely as well. Highly recommended. Getting a car fixed can be such a lousy experience, the Ivan’s team actually made it quite pleasant.

My vehicle was broken into and our passenger window smashed. I called a few places for cost estimates and got the normal “It’ll be a $300 deductible”. Which was not what I wanted to pay, I didn’t have anything of value stolen! I spoke with Marjorie at Ivan’s and she was so nice and helpful. She gave me great options one of which was exactly what I was looking for but hadn’t been offered yet at other places. The price of the labour and replacement was well below the ICBC deductible (which I wasn’t going to bother to claim, it wasn’t worth it), and my husband met Ivan when he dropped the vehicle off, who was also super nice. Our window was replaced the following day, and they also cleaned the inside so that no trace of glass could be left anywhere. Ivan’s Auto Body is highly recommended.
With so few places in Vancouver that do rust repair, I came across Ivan’s. The work was amazing, it exceeded my expectations as Ivan is extremely detail oriented, I’m very pleased with the service and experience, Marjorie at the front desk certainly takes care of you. This is my new shop for all my needs from now on.
Outstanding experience and exquisite service. Just two hours after collision I had everything arranged and organized for repair. Marjorie at the front desk took care of entire logistics and paperwork while Ivan (The Boss) made sure that quite demanding repair is possible within very short period of time for my previously booked trip to US. When I left my car in store they provided me with a luxury curtesy car and ETA. Three days later, as estimated, I came back to pick up my car. It was like new, like nothing happened, just perfect + thoroughly cleaned inside and outside. Treatment and service that they provided at that point entirely justified a high price that we all pay for insurance to ICBC and made me highly satisfied as a customer.
Great work at a great price! The good reviews on here steered me to Ivan’s shop and I’m glad I took the plunge to trust him with my F350. The work was done on time, as promised, and for less than half of another quote I got. I really loved seeing my dually brought back to it’s original beauty.
